The core of the new MiniLoad system is an automated small parts warehouse with multiple storage areas. Boxes measuring 600 x 400 and 300 x 400 mm can be stacked horizontally, double or quadruple deep, and their speed can reach 3.5 m/s, depending on their power. The introduction of the stacker crane (Miniload) significantly improved the system's design. Its innovative aisle design and drive system, integrated into the column base, save space. It also achieves the smallest gap size among similar products, resulting in small footprint, large storage capacity, and high throughput. It has enabled customers to maximize operating costs by developing unprecedented, intelligent, and economical logistics equipment.
