This information text has been prepared by SEWERA GLOBAL TEXT MACHINERY AND LOGISTICS SYSTEM INDUSTRY AND TRADE ANONYMOUS COMPANY ("SEWERA" or the Company), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation. Your personal data may be processed by the Company within the scope described below in accordance with the Law.

Which Personal Data Do We Process?
We process your name, surname, mobile phone number, email address, address, and IP address.

What are the Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data?
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing requirements set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purposes of fulfilling the services we provide to our customers in accordance with the requirements of the contract and technology, providing after-sales support services for products and services, conducting our customer relations processes, responding to your requests and complaints, carrying out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of our Company's commercial activities, and conducting related business processes.

In addition to this information, anonymous aggregated statistical data that does not contain personal information, such as website visit frequency and times, order times and the IP address at the time of order, and statistics on product pages visited and products ordered, will be collected and used to analyze and understand visitor behavior and preferences.

Based on your explicit consent, we will also be able to improve our products and services, conduct marketing activities, inform you about our campaigns, and provide advertising, promotions, etc. Your data may be processed for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages and sharing them with companies from which we receive services, to better understand you and provide the right service according to your needs, to conduct marketing analyses, to personalize our products according to your requests, and to perform profiling.

To Whom and for What Purposes May Your Personal Data Be Transferred?
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our main shareholders, including our group company SEWERA, in order to achieve the purposes stated above; service provider companies from which we receive support to provide you with services; our business partners; our dealers; our suppliers; legally authorized public institutions; organizations from which we receive services; the domestic and international servers we use; domestic and international institutions from which we receive cloud services; individuals and organizations that process data on behalf of the data controller and provide measurement, targeting, and profiling support; auditing companies; advertising and promotion agencies; cargo companies; and private individuals, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Your data may be transferred to servers located in Turkey or abroad, and to domestic or international institutions from which we receive cloud services, in accordance with your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

What is the Collection Method and Legal Basis for Your Personal Data?
Your personal data will be collected electronically through our website, call center, mobile application, online applications, cookies, emails, social media channels, and in-store shopping programs, including our sales and marketing department employees, printed forms, membership forms, and our solution partners, based on the legal basis of contract fulfillment.

If you provide your explicit consent, our products and services may be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, based on the legal basis of customizing and providing you with products and services tailored to your preferences and usage habits.

How Long Is Your Personal Data Processed?
SEWERA retains your personal data for the duration required by law, in order to comply with legal requirements and fulfill legal proceedings, for as long as required by law, for the duration required for the purpose of processing, or for such legal periods as may be necessary for SEWERA to protect and exercise its rights in potential future legal proceedings. At the end of this period, the Company will delete, destroy, or anonymize our customers' personal data.

Personal data processed for the purposes specified in SEWERA's policy will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by SEWERA when the purpose requiring processing under the KVKK ceases to exist and when the periods specified in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette No. 30224 dated October 28, 2017, and the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 have elapsed.
