The SP-F170 is equipped with a cold/hot cutting blade system suitable for various fabric and thread materials. This system allows for quick cutting and precise thread length and bartack positioning. This ensures uniform length, high stitch quality, and perfect symmetry across each thread.
The machine can directly process single-layer or hollow yarns without requiring any preset settings. Furthermore, bartack patterns can be customized to customer specifications, easily adapting to different design needs.
The yarn ends at both ends are folded in two or three layers simultaneously; the fold size is adjustable, ensuring both ends are finished equally. Thanks to the automatic material detection system, the machine stops the process when the material runs out and provides an audible and visual alert to the operator.
