While manual methods can produce 400 pieces in 10 hours, the SP-F810 can produce 1200 pieces in 10 hours, providing an approximately 3–5-fold increase in productivity.

The SP-F810 is equipped with an innovative laser pocketing system developed to increase production speed and precision.

Thanks to its highly flexible design, mold changes can be made in just 5 minutes for I-shaped pockets and 15 minutes for triangular blade (Y-shaped) models.

The machine can process a variety of pocket designs, including real pockets, fake pockets, zippered pockets, and double-lip pockets, all on a single system.

Laser-assisted cutting technology ensures excellent cutting accuracy without the need for re-adjustments, even when the fabric thickness changes.

The 120W high-power laser used during cutting creates clean, smooth, and even edges on both thin and thick fabrics.

During the sewing phase, the central presser foot structure and independent folding module ensure the fabric remains in a fixed position.

This prevents errors such as thread skipping, needle breakage, or stitch waviness.

The loop support table maintains stitch accuracy during the second fabric grip; the vacuum locking system holds the piece in place, ensuring perfect alignment.

Supreme's unique tensioning system secures the pocket edges without tension, helping to achieve a high-quality seam.

With the combination of all these features, the SP-F810 offers 3 to 5 times higher production efficiency compared to manual methods.

The system completes a pocketing process in an average of 25–35 seconds, maintaining the accuracy and symmetry of the pocketing line even at high speeds.
